Two Ingredient Dough, Featuring an Everything Bagel!
Oh my goodness guys! I think we really did something here! I really wanted an everything bagel this morning, and as I have seen people make it on my feed this week. I then thought to myself “why don’t I just make it” and see how it goes?!
This really opened the door for my creativity to come through! Garlic knots, cinnamon rolls and other flavor bagels here I come!
Turns out it was super easy, and I really hope y’all make it too!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
38g Self Rising Flour
38g Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Trader Joe's EBTB Seasoning
2g Egg Whites
Salt, Onion powder
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Combine flour and yogurt together. Add in onion powder to your liking. Knead dough until smooth. Form into bagel shape. Place on a oven safe container in a 375 degree oven for 12 min or until your liking.
