Three Ingredient Blueberry Bagel

Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready to tackle the week!

I just wanted to pop on here and say thank you to everyone who supports this account and messages me about how my recipes truly help them. That’s all I want to be for y’all is someone that is here to support, inspire and help you in any way I can!

Onto the recipe! Have you ever heard of two ingredient dough? It’s literally just equal parts self rising flour and yogurt and BAM, you have a dough that can be used for almost anything!

Today I added blueberries into the mix and made this gorgeous, healthy, single serve blueberry bagel! Next time I make this, I’m going to add some lemon extract and maybe another type of berry to make it more FUN!

- 55g Greek Gods Vanilla Yogurt

- 55g Self Raising Flour

- 38g Wild Blueberries


Combine yogurt and flour until dough forms, add blueberries and fold. Form dough into a bagel shape and add to a non stick pan. Place in a 375 degree oven for about 18-20 or until top of the bagel is hard. Enjoy!
