Macros: 25C / 9F / 3P
Ingredients:
60g All Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of salt
85g Nut Butter (I used Trader Joes)
60g Softened Butter
37g Brown Sugar
25g Granulated Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 TSP Vanilla
8g Choice of Jam (I used SF Jam)
PB Chips (optional)
Directions:
In one bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and mix. In another bowl, combine nut butter, butter, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla and mix. Add dry to wet and place in the fridge for about an hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Flatten dough into a circle and add jam. Cover with more dough so that you don't see the jam. Bake for 8-9 minutes and allow to cool in the tray.
