The Cutest Baked Oats Ever!

This recipe is unreal I’ll tell you this. A complete game changer in any baked oats recipe is to blend your oats into a flour! I have been testing this lately and oh my god it has worked wonders. By doing this, you will get more of a cake like texture!


This whole week I’ve been on a sweet breakfast type of kick, if you didn’t realize it already with all the recipes I’ve posted about. I’m not beating myself up about it and neither should you because we’re all about eating what we truly want! With that being said I’ve also been eating Salmon and Steak this whole week and I’m not even complaining about it. Those are my favorite sources of protein!



𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬: 26C / 6.6F / 16P

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
  • 30g Blended Oats (Quaker)

  • 9.5g PEScience Maple Brown Sugar Protein

  • 2g Splenda

  • Tsp Baking Powder

  • 30g Egg Whites

  • 27ml Almond Breeze Almond Milk

  • 13g Two Good Vanilla Yogurt

  • 7g Apple

  • Pepitas & Flax Seeds

  • Sea Salt

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Combine ingredients. Place in an oven safe bowl at 375 degrees for 18-22 minutes.
