Strawberry Banana Bread

I made this for my brother and I, and it turned out amazing! The purpose behind making this was simply because it was his birthday and I wanted to make something other than a cake. His favorite fruit is strawberries as well! This turned out so great, and I hope you get as much enjoyment making and eating this as we did!

So I’ve made banana bread in the past, and I’m sure we all have. This recipe was adapted from a family banana bread recipe, but with a twist obviously. Y’all. Let me tell you, this was great, and it smelled even better. I also really think these would be great as muffins!

  • 1/2 cup softened butter

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs beaten

  • 3 Bananas

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 1.5 Cups Strawberries & tossed in 1 Tbsp of Flour

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Combine butter, sugar, bananas and eggs together in one bowl. In a separate bowl, combine your flour, baking soda and salt. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients. In a third bowl combine strawberries and a dash of flour to coat. After this, fold in strawberries. Place mixture in a oven safe container and in a 350 degree oven for about 50-55 minutes. To make a quick glaze, simply combine powder sugar and almond milk (or any) together.
