Smoothie Bowl

I could talk and talk about how much I love making smoothie bowls. Fun fact about me is that when I first started creating healthier habits for myself, I was so HOOKED on these.

After school on Fridays I would almost always buy an acai bowl, so you can say that every time that I do make one, a little nostalgia fills my heart.

Today, it is safe to say that I am still not over smoothie bowls as they allow me to include health and wellness into my everyday lifestyle while also being filled with various delicious healthy fruits. For an extra boost, I love adding a scoop of @amazinggrass grass Sweet Berry!

62g Frozen Blueberries

95g Frozen Strawberries

38g Frozen Cherries

113ml Almond Milk


31g Strawberries

22g Blueberries

10g Banana

10g Granola


add blueberries, strawberries, cherries and almond milk into a blender and blend. Place in a bowl (I like to chill mine in the freezer for about 15 minutes) and add toppings. Enjoy!
