Small Batch Pumpkin Bread
Oh my goodness y’all! Pumpkin bread has to be one of my fall favorites. I love using Pamela's in all my baking endeavors. As someone who has used their products since high school, I can vouch that all their products are top tier quality!
Although I could technically make this year round, there is just something about a FRESH loaf of pumpkin bread to kick off the morning!!!
This recipe is as well small batch meaning it is the perfect size to share and enjoy throughout the week!
𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬: 13.7C / 2.7F / 1P
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
240g Pamela's All Purpose Flour
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Sea Salt
100g Sugar (or alternative)
60g Pumpkin Purée
24g Olive Oil
16ml Almond Milk
One Egg
1 Tablespoon of Pumpkin Spice
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
in one bowl combine dry ingredients. In another bowl combine wet ingredients. Combine dry to wet. Place In an oven safe dish. Top with more spice. Bake for about 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until toothpick comes out clean.
*per slice, I weighed out my slices to about 25g each.
