Small Batch Gingerbread Cookies
Soft, chewy, and packed with Christmas nostalgia, these gingerbread cookies are sure to put a smile on your face!
I made these for my Mom and I and they were absolutely amazing!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
68g All Purpose Flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon ground ginger
⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of Salt
15g Molasses
20g Egg Yolk
50g Sugar
43g Butter
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Combine butter and sugar using a hand mixer until mixture has a light color. Add egg yolk and molasses and combine again. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Add this to the mixture until combined. Roll dough into 20g sized balls and roll in sugar. Place on a baking sheet and into a 350 degree oven. Bake for about 10 minutes and allow to cool.
