Small Batch Cheddar Biscuits

These will be such a great addition to your next holiday gathering! They’re warm, cheesy, and filled with an amazing flavor that you and the whole family is going to love!

- 120g All Purpose Flour

- 20g Meyenburg Goat Milk Powder

- 8g Sugar

- 1 TSP Baking Soda

- 2g Salt

- 2g Dried Basil

- 42g COLD Unsalted Butter

- 45g Sharp Cheddar Cheese

- 114ml Meyenburg Goat Milk


in one bowl combine all dry ingredients. Cube butter and add to dry ingredients. Using your hands, mix the mixture until crumbly. Add cheese and mix. Lastly, add Meyenburg Goat Milk. If the mixture looks too wet add a tablespoon of flour. Add to a 425 degree oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes.
