Single Serve Protein Poptart

This is gotta be one of the absolute best recipes I have ever made. Poptart's are literally an old childhood favorite of mine (they still are, brown sugar flavor pls!). As a word of caution, please have some patience when making this because the dough can be a little difficult to work with, but I promise in the end itโ€™ll be worth it!

๐…๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ƒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก:

- 39g Oat Flour

- 21g PEScience Vanilla Protein

- 42g Two Good Vanilla Yogurt

- Olive Oil Spray


๐ˆ๐œ๐ข๐ง๐ :

- 5g Icing Sugar

- 10g Two Good Vanilla Yogurt

- Sprinkles


๐…๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ :

- 25g Smuckers SF Strawberry Jam


*macros above reflect dough only!


Directions:

combine oat flour, protein and yogurt together to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Spray rolling pin with non stick spray to roll out dough and form two rectangles. Add filling of choice. Crimp edges and place in an 350 degree oven for 12-13 min. Allow to cool and add frosting topping of choice and enjoy!
