I literally am always down for ceviche guys!
On Saturday, my friends and I went to Death by Tequila in Encinitas and tried some amazing ceviche made by the very best! This literally inspired me to make my own and it’s super easy!
The first time I tried this, I remember being weirded out for no reason because of the texture. BUT I automatically fell in LOVE with it and will now be making this more frequently!
Grab your veggies, limes and shrimp, and in no time you’ll have this healthy, 27g of protein meal ready for ya!

- 39g Bell Pepper
- 2.5g Cilantro
- 14g Onion
- 48g Cucumber
- 14.5g Avocado
- Juice from Two Limes
- 131g Raw Shrimp
In one bowl add cubed shrimp and juice two limes. Allow to sit for about 1-2 hours. Meanwhile cut your veggies, add more lime and salt and pepper. Once “cooked”, add shrimp into bowl with the veggies. Enjoy!
