Quick Mac & Cheese

Seriously, growing up I actually never liked Mac & Cheese. I could just never get to trying it. During one of our first dates is actually when I tried the dish and fell in love like: โwhere has this been all my lifeโ.
The plate I have here is a package of Trader Joeโs Reduced Fat Mac & Cheese. Note that you should NEVER feel "guilty" for simply eating. Pay no mind to the how the label is structured, this is simply just mac and cheese made in a lower calorie version.
With that being said, I took the liberty of adding bacon and green onion and it was fire. Not only was this super convenient to have on hand, it made for an awesome post workout meal.

Bacon Bits
Green Onion
Salt & Pepper
Chili Flakes

Prepare mac and cheese as the package states. Once cooked, add green onion, bacon bits and desired spices. Enjoy!
