Protein Snickers
his recipe is actually so insane - I swear, this is a recipe you will want to save!
My jaw kinda dropped while I was making the chewy layer - I mean, just look at it! Ooey and gooey, and pretty darn amazing.
This recipe is sweet, delicious and packed with protein. I used @bulletproof’s vanilla collagen for this recipe, and it provides the perfect touch of vanilla to the recipe.

Ingredients:
Base:
60g Collagen Powder
60g Coconut Flour
28 Tbsp choice of sweetener
28g almond milk , or milk of choice
Peanuts Layer:
40g SF Maple Syrup
40g Drippy Peanut Butter
60g Collagen Powder
40g Peanuts
Chocolate Layer:
40g Chocolate
5g Coconut Oil
Directions:
combine dry ingredients in a bowl, add more almond milk if too dry. Line a container with parchment paper and add base to the container. Freeze for 20-30 minutes. In another bowl, add sf maple syrup, pb, collagen and mix. Take the container out of the freezer and add layer. Place peanuts on top. Place back into the freezer for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave. Coat bars with chocolate, add sea salt and enjoy!
