Peanut Butter & Pretzel Cookies

I seriously LOVE cookies, and I heard y'all when you said that it has been awhile since Iโ€™ve posted a cookie recipe. Given that I was in the mood for chocolate and peanut butter, I came up with this!

60g All Purpose Flour

ยผ Teaspoon Baking Soda ~ 1.6g

ยผ Teaspoon Salt ~ 2g

85g Peanut Butter (I used Skippy)

42.5g Light Butter (Regular butter works)

25g Granulated Sugar

37g Brown Sugar

One Egg Yolk ~ 18.8g

ยฝ Teaspoon Vanilla ~ 2.5g

Mini Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Flakey Salt


๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:

In one bowl combine APF, baking soda and salt. In another bowl combine PB, light butter, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk together. Add flour into wet ingredients until just combined. Allow to chill in the fridge for about 2 hours. Divide dough into balls that weigh about 25g. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool and add pretzels and flakey sea salt on top!
