Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats
I am again on a peanut butter kick and I do not foresee myself getting over it any time soon. Also, when paired with chocolate, obviously it's a match made in heaven.
While a simple overnight oats recipe could have sufficed here, I honestly just wanted to see if something like this would workout, and it did! The caveat to this recipe is that you have to be patient…patient when waiting for the oats to set and the chocolate on top.
This was hard for me because as soon as I started mixing the ingredients together, I already wanted to eat it, haha.

30g Quick Oats
15g PEScience Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Powder
15g Chia Seeds
10g Peanut Butter
160ml Almond Milk
25g Chocolate Chips
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Combine dry ingredients then add almond milk. Once ingredients are fully combined, add to a jar and place in the refrigerator overnight. Microwave chocolate to melt and pour on top of oats. Allow to set and harden in the fridge. Note, feel free to make any substitutions.
