You might be thinking: “Sarah how is this healthy”. Listen. Nutrient dense and non-nutrient dense foods can both coexist in a well balanced diet. Cutting out foods that you truly love may set you up for an unhealthy relationship with food. I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way.
Health and wellness does not have to be black or white. Eat the foods you want in moderation WHILE adding more nutrient dense foods. Make it fun, make it sustainable and make it realistic. Start small and catch momentum from there each day.
