Matcha Madeleines

Calling all matcha fans here!

I am sure you have had a matcha latte at some time in your life as they are offered at almost every coffee shop…but have you ever had a matcha madeleine before?

If the answer is no, you are in luck because I have you covered!

As a huge fan of madeleines in matcha, this is defs the crossover episode that we needed this week because talk about a bold, delicious and delicious flavor!

The main character of this story is Great Lakes Wellness NEW Matcha Latte Collagen that as well supports healthy hair, skin, nails and joints!

Macros Each (Approx): 13.9C / 6.4F / 2.4P


141g unsalted butter (melted)

100g Sugar (can sub for other type)

36g Brown Sugar

Dash of Salt / Lemon Zest

2 Eggs

155g All Purpose Flour

21g Great Lakes Wellness Matcha Latte Collagen


In one bowl, combine eggs, sugars, vanilla extract, and salt - do not over mix. Sift in matcha and flour until just combined. Add melted butter and combine again. Add to a nonstick madeleine pan.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 9 minutes or until the sides are golden brown. Add powdered sugar and enjoy!
