Maple Pumpkin French Toast
Yes, indeed the hype is real!
If you follow me on Instagram you would know that I am OBSESSED with all things pumpkin! Today I wanted to try out a twist on a classic french toast recipe with pumpkin of course!
As a side note, I have been struggling with Instagram's algorithm lately. Instagram’s algorithm changes literally every month, and sometimes it’s very very hard to get my content out there on your feeds given the dynamics of the algorithm. I always try to remind myself that one day I’m going to get this algorithm down once I am finished with school.

Two Slices Natures Harvest Light Bread
56g Egg Whites
25ml Almond Milk
1ml Maple Extract
15g Canned Pumpkin
13ml SF Syrup
Combine egg whites, almond milk, pumpkin, and cinnamon in a bowl. Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Soak bread in the mixture and add to the pan. Flip both sides. Add syrup and enjoy!
