Lower Carb Egg Rolls
It’s safe to say that I love food. This recipe has been highly requested and I am so happy that I was finally able to make this! It also makes me so happy when I get requests for recipes, so if you ever want to see me tackle a recipe, let me know in the comments!
These super quick, high protein egg rolls are a game changer. I basically used my Mom’s recipe and added a few tweaks here and there to make it more macro-friendly for y’all.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
46g Carrots
20g Green Onion
26g Mushrooms
20g Bean Sprouts
33g Water Chestnuts
12ml Soy Sauce
107g Jenni-O Turkey
Salt & Pepper
Onion & Garlic Powder
One Sheet @ cut the carb
Olive Oil Spray
12ml Sweet Chili Sauce (optional)
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Cut the Cut Da Carb sheet into fourths and set aside. In a pan, cook turkey until half way and add all veggies (diced) into the pan. Add spices, soy sauce, salt and pepper until fully cooked. Divide into fourths and place onto sheets. Fold in sides, roll and place in an air fryer. Spray rolls with olive oil spray and cook for about 8 minutes on a 400 degree setting.
