Lighter Orange Chicken
Back in high school, along with chow mein, I was obsessed with orange chicken. Like really. I would anticipate Friday to arrive so I could walk across the street to get me some orange chicken from Panda.
Now in my 20’s I enjoy making it at home! It’s super simple, fun and “healthier” way to enjoy this dish.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 158g Raw Chicken Breast (cubed)
- 25g SF Orange Marmalade
- 15ml @kikkomanusa Soy Sauce
- 121g Broccoli
- 2g Green Onion
- Sesame Seeds
- Salt/ Pepper
- Garlic / Powder
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
In a small pan on low heat, combine orange marmalade, soy sauce, and spices. Allow to reduce and thicken. In a separate pan, cook chicken. Once cooked add to sauce and stir till coated. Prepare broccoli as you wish!
