Lighter Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp
I set out on another quest to see if I could recreate this popular recipe in the air fryer and it worked!
Now, I have had this dish many many times at the local restaurants around me, and although it does not taste 100% on par to the traditional “fried” method, this did the job perfectly.
I’m always up to recreate recipes in a “healthier” manner to satisfy my cravings and find fun ways to hit my nutritional goals!
In this recipe, I used panko bread crumbs because that’s all that I had on hand. Next time, I’ll definitely be incorporating flour into this to give it a more “smooth” texture. But hey, I liked this recipe and I thought I’d share it with y’all!
