Lighter Crème Brûlèe
Mmhmmm! Yeah you read that right!
I know I’ve been lacking on making this type of content, but you see, it takes time to execute a quality post!
I’ll open up this post and say, I have one of the biggest sweet tooth’s ever. It’s often that individuals assume that eating sweets is something that I don’t partake in…which is absolutely wrong.
Part of my recovery with my ED was literally accepting and realizing that I seriously enjoy sweets!
These type of foods CAN coexist in any diet or nutritional protocols. I literally sat there next to my oven and enjoyed the heck out of this and reflecting how far I’ve came in my journey.
Interested in how I overcame all my fear foods and incorporate a variety of foods into my diet?
