Lazy Shakshouka
A moment of appreciation for this cute little white skillet I got at Target. We love her and she is the moment.
SHAKSHOUKA is my jam y’all. Whenever I see it on a menu at brunch, I am already sold. With the left over sauce I had in the fridge, and no noodles on hand to make spaghetti, I just decided to take pasta sauce and spruce it up a little bit.
Side note, before anyone comes for me in the comment section, yes, I know this isn’t how you make it the “traditional” way. Ya girl was hungry, this recipe works and it fueled my body.
Let’s get to the recipe!
Grab all your herbs that you have on hand because we’re going all in on dressing up a standard pasta sauce into something magical.
