Lazy Girl Chicken Fajitas

Using salsa as your marinade honestly is a game changer. It is quick and simple and makes for chicken that is full of flavor! Try it out for yourself if you don't believe me.

Ingredients:
1 Jar Saucy Gourmet Classic Salsa
1 Package of Chicken Breast
Red, Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers
Red Onion
Cilantro
Guerro 25 Calorie Tortillas
Cotija Cheese
Avocado
Directions:
grab a bowl and place chicken and salsa in it. Allow to marinate for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut bell peppers, onion and chop cilantro. Over low medium heat, cook chicken till about half way. Add bell peppers, onion and cilantro. Once cooked prepare each taco and top with avocado and cotija cheese.
