How is everyone? To the person reading this post, I hope you’re doing well. I hope you’re having a great Tuesday and I hope you are not too stressed.
If you did think to yourself “well yeah I’m kinda stressed out”, sis that is your sign. Get in some self care. Go outside. Treat yourself to a nice meal. However taking care of yourself looks. Go do it!
In terms of how I’m feeling today, I woke up feeling kinda “meh”. I cannot really explain the feeling, but what I do know is that like always, I move forward.
I knew getting out of my room and going out for a walk would put me in a better mood. Additionally, I knew making a yogurt bowl would brighten my spirits!

grab your favorite bowl, I chose this pie dish I got from WinCo. Cut apples, peaches, a pomegranate and assemble! Top with chia seeds and pepitas. Enjoy!
