Yes seriously, this one had me in the kitchen for hours y’all. Made from scratch and with a whole lot of love. I’m my opinion cooking is the ultimate form of self care. But enough with the small talk, let’s get to the recipe!
𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬: 101.6 C / 17.8F / 32.5P
380g All Purpose or 00 Flour
6g Sea Salt
5g Instant Yeast
Thinly Sliced Mozzarella
Mix dry ingredients. In the separate bowl combine lukewarm water and yeast and set aside for 10 min. Pour liquid into dry and knead together. Roll into a ball, and place in a greased container w/ plastic wrap and let rise for 1-2 hours at room temp.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place Cast Iron in the oven to heat with oven. Once oven is ready, carefully take out cast iron (pls she’s gonna be hot), add oil to cast iron, add dough, assemble pizza and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
