Higher Protein Cherry Rolls
If you have been following my stories on Instagram, you would know that my recent obsession has been to mix protein into my morning coffee using Bulletproof’s Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder in my morning coffee. There's nothing like a cup of this amazing combination first thing in the morning!
I am such a fan of incorporating collagen into my daily routine, but this one takes the gold as the vanilla flavor literally reminds me of childhood. If you are not familiar with collagen, this protein supports healthy skin and strong bones, joints, skin and muscles.
As I do with all my recipes, I try to make them fun, easy and functional for your morning and daily routine, so as I was sipping on my coffee one morning, I started thinking about how this would taste in a recipe, and as I remembered the cherries that I picked up at the store, I knew what I was going to make!

- 150g Self Rising Flour
- 60g Bulletproof Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 227g Greek Yogurt
- 28g Light Butter
- 60g Cherry's - Mashed
- 2g Sugar
- 10g Light Butter

Combine flour, collagen, cinnamon until fully combined. Then add in yogurt and butter. Once all combined, divide dough into two and transfer onto a floured surface. Please note, you might need about 30-40g of extra flour as this recipe can sometimes get sticky. Spray rolling pin with non-stick cooking spray Spray surface with cooking spray and roll out dough. Add filling and roll to create the shape. Add to a oven safe container and cook for 20-25 min in a 350 degree oven.
