High Protein Pumpkin Bread

A highly requested recipe! I LOVE it when you guys request recipes. It honestly makes me so happy and leaves me wanting to continually provide content for y’all.


Let’s kick off Friday with this quick and easy pumpkin protein bread recipe! I personally enjoy a slice or two before my workouts.

𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟏/𝟖 𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬: 7.1C / .5F / 6P

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

30g All Purpose Flour

45g PEScience Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder

5g Baking Soda

4g Baking Powder

2g Salt

3g Pumpkin Spice Mix

11g Sugar or Alternative Sweetener

120g Pumpkin Purée

90ml Cashew Milk

50g Chobani Zero Sugar Vanilla Yogurt

2.5g Vanilla Extract

Non Cooking Spray


𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

combine wet ingredients in one bowl, and dry in a separate bowl. Combine dry to wet. Add to an oven safe container, and place in a 350 degree oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes. OR until toothpick comes out clean!
