High Protein Pancake Bread
I am still a child at heart, so basically anything with sprinkles is a *chefs kiss* and will automatically draw me in and I know I can't be the only one!
For the last month or so, I have made a version of this as my late-night snack and I am so excited to FINALLY be sharing it with you!
With 25g of protein, how could you not be excited to try this out?! Although this is topped with cool whip, feel free to use a different topping of your choice.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
55g Trader Joes Buttermilk Pancake Mix
19g Ideal Lean Confetti Protein Powder
48g Egg Whites
8g Sprinkles
60g Cool Whip
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Combine all ingredients together. Place in an oven safe dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Texture will be a little different than cake, but it is still good! Allow to cool and top with sprinkles and cool whip.
