High Protein Oatmeal Cookie Baked Oats

It has been awhile since I have made one of these. It is safe to say that I still loved baked oats, and I know many of you do as well!


My love for oatmeal cookies is real and will always be a top flavor of mine! Once I had a taste of Cocobar in a Jar Iced Oatmeal Cookie spread, I got SUPER excited because I knew that this was going to be such a good recipe!


Your mornings will be just as brightened by this delectable baked oatmeal, which boasts 19g of protein!

𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬: 37.6C / 12.8F / 19F

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

27g Quick Oats

5g Chia Seeds

6g Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder

4g Sweetener

52g Egg Whites

17g Vanilla Yogurt

15g Cocoa Bar Iced Oatmeal Cookie

80ml Cashew Milk

Dash of Baking Powder/ Salt

Cinnamon & Nutmeg


𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Combine dry and wet ingredients together. Place in an oven safe container and place in a 350 degree oven. Bake for about 17-20 minutes. Allow to cool and top with Iced Oatmeal Cookie Spread.
