High Protein Lasagna
Plot twist, I am the one that was craving lasagna. I saw a commercial with lasagna in it and I thought “ok yeah that's what I want today”, and it was a fantastic decision.
With 46g of protein, you can say that I was so satisfied after making this, I honestly wanted to make more but the whole point of this recipe was to create a single-serve lasagna for y’all.
I aimed to make this as macro-friendly as possible as this was a highly requested recipe, but feel free to make your own adjustments and edits!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
180g Pasta Sauce (I used Trader Joes)
50g Oven-Ready Lasagna Noodles
34g Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
118g Jenni-O Turkey
Salt & Pepper
Garlic & Onion Powder
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Although the lasagna noodles say “oven ready”, in a small pot bring water to a boil. Add noodles for about 4-5 minutes. In the meantime, cook turkey in a medium pan with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Once noodles are soft, take them out and place them on the side. Next, in an oven safe dish assemble lasagna. Top with cheese and bake for about 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool and top with basil. Enjoy!
