High Protein Korean Bowls

It is time that I finally share this amazing recipe with yall!

To start, this is one of Isaiah and I’s favorite meal prep recipes! Not only is it super easy to put together, it makes for an even better lunch or dinner option!

I always love prepping some type of meat for the week, whether it's ground beef, steak, etc, I really do look forward to it! In this recipe I used @gir Quad Chopper, which is back by popular demand! This amazing kitchen tool makes meal prepping go by faster with its functional and beautiful design.

1 TBS Olive Oil

3 cloves minced garlic

1/2 TSP ginger minced

1 pound lean ground beef

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

2 TBS sesame oil

green onions for garnish

sesame seeds for garnish

white rice for serving


start by prepping all ingredients and set to the side. Over medium low heat add oil to a pan and then place beef in the pan and cook. Add garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then add brown sugar and soy sauce. Lastly add sesame oil and green onions. Serve with white rice and sesame seeds and enjoy!
