High Protein Enchiladas
TikTok saw this first! I have been trying to grow on TikTok as well! It’s been fun creating reels and TikToks and I feel like that’s what’s truly important.
Another successful lunch thanks to a request from my friend Savannah!

- 165g Chicken Breast
- 65g Siete Foods Red Enchilada Sauce
- 50g Tomato
- 14g Red Onion
- 18g Corn
- 2g Cilantro
- Lime Juice
- Salt / Pepper
- 41g Light Mozzarella Cheese
- 25 Calorie Tortillas x4
Cook your chicken breast & shred once cooled. Lay out your four tortillas, add equal amounts of chicken to all, add your enchilada sauce and roll. Place in an oven safe container. Add more sauce and cheese and place in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Top with a quick pico and enjoy!
