High Protein Chow Mein
230 calories. Yes seriously.
Another craving made into a successful dish.
The secret to these is using Shirataki Noodles. I used @nupasta for this dish. NuPasta is made with the root of the konjac plant, and is used as an alternative to pasta.
As always, if you want to use the standard noodle for this, be my guest. I myself enjoy the standard, but am always open to trying new ways to cook my favorite meals.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭:
5g Garlic
10g Onion
32g Brocoli
20g Celery
20g Carrots
170g @nupasta Spaghetti Konjac Noodles
113g Chicken Breast
30g Soy Sauce
12g Oyster Sauce
Cooking Spray
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
start by cooking garlic, onion in a pan over low-medium heat. Add broccoli, celery, and carrots until soft. I added a bit of water to soften them up. Add in soy and oyster sauce and combine all ingredients. Add in chicken and noodles, turn heat to low and stir for about 8-10 minutes. Add green onion and enjoy.
