High Protein Chocolate Lava Cake
Yes I’m definitely hyping up this recipe, I just know you’re going to love it!! This was actually an experiment that went better than planned!
Just a friendly reminder, if you want a restaurant styled chocolate lava cake, then you absolutely can.
This high protein version, is just another one of my fun ways to incorporate protein into any diet!
Ready in under 20 minutes, this recipe literally pairs amazing with a cup of coffee and some down time to enjoy it. And as always, be sure to give yourself an hour or two this week to get in some self care!

- 27g Quick Oats (blended into powder)
- 2g Splenda
- 15g PEScience Vanilla Protein Powder
- 16ml Cashew Milk
- 54g Egg Whites
- 24g Greek God's Vanilla Yogurt
- 7g SF Hot Coco Mix
- 8g Alter Eco Dark Chocolate
- Baking Powder
combine oats, hot coco mix, Splenda, baking powder and protein powder in a bowl until combined. Combine milk, egg whites, and yogurt in a separate bowl. Combine the two and add to a ramekin and place in a 350 degree oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Add chocolate on top after.
