High Protein Chicken Parmesan

I devoured this, and ended up making this for my meal prep lunches for the week and I paired it with pasta and some veggies!


So…true story. I ran out of eggs when I had all the stuff to make this, so, I just followed what I know and ran with it.


I actually didn’t think this was going to turn out well, but I surprised myself and well, it WORKED!!!


With 30g of protein, and under 10g of carbohydrates, you’re definitely going to want to save this and share with a friend for your next lunch idea!

𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬: 9.2C / 8.6F / 30.4P

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- 106g Chicken Breast

- 6g Bread Crumbs

- 4g Parmesan

- 10g Low Skim Mozzarella Cheese

- Cooking Spray


𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

In a bowl combine bread crumbs and Parmesan. Add raw chicken to the bowl and cover entirely with mixture. Place in an air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Add marinara and cheese and place back into air fryer under golden.
