Yes. You asked, I delivered. These high protein carne Asada tacos will be your next meal prep inspiration, or just a easy and healthy lunch idea…or breakfast, I don’t judge.

I am not lying when I say that I made these at 10am today.

𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬: 30C / 18.1F / 42.7P

- 170g Top Sirloin (Trader Joe's)

- 48g Corn Tortillas

- 39g Tomatoes

- 18g Red Onion

- 3g Cilantro

- 4ml Lime Juice

- 70g Avocado

- Other: garlic, onion, salt, lime


Cook Sirloin and allow to rest for 10-12 minutes. Create pico and make guacamole. Assemble tacos starting with meat first and then pico. Add as much lime as your heart desires!
