I know, I know, Brussels sprouts?! SARAH what??!
Listen, I understand. I didn’t like Brussels sprouts before either. Long story short, the key to diversifying your palette is to just experiment!
Here is one of my FAVORITE ways to enjoy Brussels sprouts! Topped with an egg of course!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
70g Brussels Sprouts
69g Butternut Squash
33g Spinach
12g Pomegranate
One Egg
EBTB Seasoning
Salt / Pepper
Cinnamon
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Start by laying a bed of spinach on a plate. Cook your Brussels sprouts and butternut squash on a pan over medium low heat until soft. Add your spices halfway through. Lay veggies over spinach, add an egg, top with more veggies and seasonings! Enjoy!
