I literally eat pizza every week. Yes queen I do. Why?
Pizza has and always will be my favorite food.
This will come to a shock to most, maybe... but it really shouldn’t be. Just because an individual like myself is into working out and eating healthy/ nutritious foods, there will always be room for the foods that I love.
Each time I post one of these recipes to my story I almost always receive messages along the lines of: “that’s a crap ton of carbs”, “how are you eating this and staying on track”, “I wish I could have this”.
I’m almost always left feeling broken-hearted and wanting to help. So here’s what I am going to say:
Health and wellness isn’t black or white.
Health and wellness is doing YOU
Each week, I have my staples, but I as well fill my shopping cart with what sounds good, and not what someone online tries telling me to eat.

Shocking ain’t it when you shift your vocabulary toward what’s on your plate. I recommend it, your mindset will definitely shift from a good bad foods mindset to one of neutrality.

- 112g Trader Joes Pizza Crust
- 64g Trader Joes Marinara
- 14g Applegate Salami
- 18g Mushrooms
- 40g Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
Add toppings to crust. Place in 350 degree oven for about 8-12 minutes or until sides are crispy!
