It forces me to get out of my comfort zone.

Did I know how to make a bomb spaghetti sauce for yโ€™all? No, I had no where to start.


Did I ask my brother 10x for recipe suggestions? Yes! Sorry Spencer haha.


Did I have a small win moment making this recipe? 100% Yes.

Hereโ€™s the thing. Making this recipe reminded of the times I passed up opportunities to enjoy my Momโ€™s spaghetti. 17 year old me was on a health journey and was under the impression that pasta was an absolute forbidden food.


Iโ€™m here to stress that spaghetti is an absolutely delicious food and can fit within your nutritional protocols!

๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
  • 29g Onion

  • 6g Garlic

  • 113g Jenni-o Turkey

  • 400g San Marzano Tomatoes

  • 8g Basil

  • 3 TSP Salt

  • 1 TSP Onion Powder / Garlic

  • 37g Spaghetti Noodles

  • 6g Parmesan Cheese


๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:

Spray pan with olive oil, cook in order of listed ingredients. Let sauce simmer for 20 min. Cook noodles for 12 minutes. Add to sauce for another 2 minutes.
