Did I have a small win moment making this recipe? 100% Yes.
Here’s the thing. Making this recipe reminded of the times I passed up opportunities to enjoy my Mom’s spaghetti. 17 year old me was on a health journey and was under the impression that pasta was an absolute forbidden food.

113g Jenni-o Turkey
400g San Marzano Tomatoes
3 TSP Salt
1 TSP Onion Powder / Garlic
37g Spaghetti Noodles
6g Parmesan Cheese
Spray pan with olive oil, cook in order of listed ingredients. Let sauce simmer for 20 min. Cook noodles for 12 minutes. Add to sauce for another 2 minutes.
