Fluffy on the inside, sweet and with 21g of protein, these healthy protein pancakes will make a great addition to your day! They are even great without syrupโ€ฆjust saying.

29g Protein Powder - I used Dymatize

26g Any Complete Pancake Mix

28g Peaches

20ml Sf Syrup

Olive Oil Spray


๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:

combine protein powder and pancake mix together. Add water until you have a thick consistency. Spray pan with olive oil spray and add pancake batter. Once bubbles form, flip the pancake. Add toppings and enjoy!
