Easy Chicken Dinner
Guys. I’m just so happy right now. I was looking for flour in my freezer when I found some chicken thighs. I sat there and was like “oh what the heck, when did I buy those?”
I’d be lying if I said that I totally remembered when I bought them. Thank god for the date on the side of the package because I did not remember.
Lately I’ve been testing some quick and easy meals to put together for my future weekly meal prep initiatives, and after making this meal right here, it’s is DEFINITELY going on the menu!
Filled with a sweet and savory pomegranate garlic soy marinade, this meal is sure to be a hit! ✨

- 127g Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 10ml Soy Sauce
- 28g Pomegranate Juice
- 18g Pomegranate Seeds
- 5ml Lawrys Teriyaki Marinade
- 5g Minced Garlic
- Lime Juice
- 113g White Rice
- 2g Cilantro
in a bowl add pomegranate juice, soy sauce, teriyaki marinade, garlic, salt, pepper and lime juice. Add your chicken and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes. Cook chicken. While cooking prepare your cilantro lime rice. Once chicken is cooked, assemble your plate and enjoy!
