Easy Brussel Sprouts
Ladies and gentlemen, this is actually Isaiah’s recipe!
He put this recipe together during the holiday season and it was by far a hit!
This recipe features balsamic vinegar, fig, goat cheese and pomegranate and boy does it deliver.
These easy and healthy brussel sprouts are sure to be a great addition to your next weekly meal prep rotation…or for date night! I would consider these to be restaurant quality.

Ingredients:
260g Brussel Sprouts
14g Olive Oil
14g Balsamic Vinegar
Garlic / Onion Powder
Salt / Pepper
20g Fig Butter @traderjoes
10g Goat Cheese
10g Pomegranate Seeds
𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬 (per serving) ~ 23C / 4F / 4P
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
cut brussel sprouts and add them to boiling water for about 5 minutes. Pat brussel sprouts DRY and add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix until combined. Place in a 350 degree airfryer for about 15 minutes or until desired crispness. Add to a bowl and mix in fig jam. Top with goat cheese and pomegranate and enjoy!
