Easy Air-Fryer Potatoes

Get ready for your next favorite side dish! Isaiah and I were craving potato wedges the other day and totally had a lightbulb moment and thought:


“We can make it in the air-fryer!”


Anytime we get to make a healthier version of our favorite foods, we literally go all in!


This recipe comes together with just a few simple ingredients and in under 15 minutes!


Although made for sharing, you might not want to share because these are just that good.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
  • 2 Large Russet Potatoes

  • 1-2 TBSP Olive Oil

  • 1 TBSP Garlic Powder

  • 1 TBSP Cajun Creole Seasoning

  • Salt / Pepper to Taste


𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

start by cooking your potatoes in the microwave for about 10-13 minutes just to get them soft. Cut potatoes into wedges, add olive oil, spices and bake in an 350 degree air-fryer for about 10 minutes. *times will vary per air-fryer
