Copycat Chick-Fil-A Salad

Let’s get straight into it y'all. I was looking down at my salad the other day and thought “ok I can make this at home”.


So here's my take on their Market Salad. Before y'all come for me in the comments, there's no dressing on here because I don’t like dressing & while it may not taste EXACTLY like the actual menu item, it comes close…and it is a high protein meal prep option!

Macros: 18.5C / 10.8F/ 30P

Ingredients:
  • 140g Hearts of Romaine

  • 43g Strawberries

  • 40g Blueberries

  • 20g Apples (use granny smith if you’d like)

  • 103g Trader Joe's All Natural Chicken

  • 11g Blue Cheese

  • 6g Almonds

  • 6g Choice of Granola
