Caramel Apple French Toast

Today I present to you healthy APPLE PIE FRENCH TOAST.

This would seriously make the perfect and most incredible Thanksgiving breakfast or the day after! I’m sure many of you will have the supplies on hand after being equipped with fresh ingredients in your fridge!

Did I mention that this is under 220 calories, and has over 10g of protein? I know that I might not be a lot, but for those who struggle to get in protein, this could help you; and I hope it does!

  • 2 Slices Natures Harvest Multigrain Bread

  • 52g Chopped Apples

  • 49g Egg Whites

  • 72ml Almond Milk

  • 2.3ml Vanilla Extract

  • Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Clove

  • SF Maple Syrup

  • Hershey’s Fat Free Caramel Syrup


Combine egg whites, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove in a bowl and whisk. Add bread into mixture to soak. Add to a pan over medium-low heat and cook both sides. Chop apples and add to the top of your French toast. Finish with more cinnamon and Hersheys Fat Free Caramel syrup!
