Protein Banana Bread
Hello everyone It’s Wednesday! I hope everyone’s week is going by swell!
I have spent this week getting myself mentally prepared for the midterms. In which, I’m predicting is going to be one of my hardest yet. I’m going in with a positive attitude, but we shall see how it all unfolds!
Today I attempted my protein banana bread recipe for a third time, and y’all it was better than ever!! This time around I used baking powder, and added a little more sweetener, and boy it was amazing! I paired it with a cup of coffee and was defs in heaven!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
42g Banana
33g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
2.5ml McCormick Vanilla Extract
2g Splenda
20g PEScience Snickerdoodle Protein Powder
30g King Arthur Bread Flour
9g Lily's Sweets Dark Chocolate Chips
Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove
Baking Powder
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Combine your wet and dry ingredients together. Add to a oven safe bowl. Spray bowl with nonstick spray and place in a 350 degree oven for 25-28 minutes.
