Blueberry Chia Seed French Toast
..with honey goat cheese. Okay, so short story, last summer Isaiah and I were completely obsessed with goat cheese. We literally went through so many packages of this all because of one trip to a restaurant in Encinitas. Our burgers came with goat cheese unexpectedly, and the rest is history.
It’s safe to say that I’m still obsessed with it and probably forever will be! So here we go. Level up your french toast by throwing some of this on it. I promise it balances out and is AMAZING. Oh, and don’t forget the basil. It’s not fancy if it doesn’t have basil okay...

Whole Wheat Bread
54g Blueberries
1.5g Mamma Chia Chia Seeds
74g Egg Whites
54g Almond Breeze Almond Milk
5g McCormick Vanilla Extract
2g Splenda
Cinnamon
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Combine egg whites, almond milk, vanilla extract, Splenda, cinnamon in a bowl and mix together. So Cole wheat bread and transfer to a pan on medium low and flip to desired texture. In a separate pan heat blueberries and mash. Fold in chia seeds and allow to sit. Add to french toast and enjoy!
