Blood Orange & Chicken Salad
Coming at you on this Wednesday with a new salad recipe!
The inspiration behind this was seeing this exact salad on a menu here in San Diego for $18. I was like, “looks amazing but I can make that at home!”.
I was actually able to make three of these salads for about $12!
This recipe is perfect for your next meal prep recipe or just a easy and quick lunch idea! She’s bright, she’s healthy, and she’s full of flavor!
I’m actually planning to triple this recipe and take it to my next get together!
