Apple and Pear Salad

Perfect for the Fall season, I present to you this amazing salad. Full of flavor and love. I would one-hundred percent say that this salad absolutely captures this time of the year!

Filled with roasted butternut squash, walnuts, and cranberries, this is certain to be your next go-to!

During October, I truly look forward to visiting my local Trader Joe's and Whole Foods for all the fun seasonal items that fill the shelves. I will admit I am one of those individuals who patiently awaits for all the Pumpkin and Apple flavored products to be released.

To say the least, I go crazy (in a good way of course) every single year. I mean, who doesn't love a good seasonal item?

Now let us get to this gorgeous salad!

I made one for myself after hitting a great arm day at the gym. As I was enjoying my meal, my salad caught my Mom's eye. So of course I got up and made her one as well. She absolutely loved it!

Do yourself a favor, and make this salad this week and let me know how it goes! Feel free to add salad dressing if you're feeling fancy.
